Before we meet, you'll complete a short briefing so we arrive already up to speed. The session itself is 90 minutes - structured, focused, and designed to cut through everything competing for your attention and get to what actually matters.
You'll get:
- A clear diagnosis of the real issue (not the presenting one)
- One key decision or direction to commit to immediately
- Your top three priorities for the week ahead
- A short, realistic action plan you can execute straight away
This isn't therapy. It's sharp, experienced perspective on your situation and what to do about it. One session is often enough to shift months of stagnation.
Clarity
Three weeks. Locked-in direction.
When you broadly know where you're going but keep losing the thread.
Three weekly 90-minute sessions working through your current reality in depth:
- Whats matters most.
- What can wait.
- What needs to stop.
- And how your time, energy and decisions need to change to actually get you where you're trying to go.
Between sessions, short, guided reflections to notice patterns and process decisions before they become problems.
By the end you have a Clarity Pack with:
- Current priorities, ranked and justified
- Key decisons made, with the reasoning documented
- A realistic 90-day direction
- A reference point to return to when new pressure lands
This changes how decisions get made day to day - so direction stops shifting every time something new demands your attention.
Momentum
Four to six weeks. Progress that holds.
When you're clear on direction but keeping things moving consistently is where it breaks down.
We start with a 90-minute session to map priorities, milestones and the specific constraints you're working within. Then weekly 60-minute sessions to review what's moving, sense-check decisions against reality, and adjust without losing the thread.
Light async support throughout for issues that need a quick steer before they knock you off course.
A live Momentum Plan tracks:
- Priorities and milestones
- Decisions that need revisiting
- What's moving and what's stalling
You finish with a grounded plan for what comes next - built on what's actually happened, not what was theoretically supposed to.
How the levels fit together
Some people start with a Reset to get their bearings.
Others go straight to Clarity because they already know they need more than a one-off session.
Momentum builds on that foundation when consistent progress is the goal.
There's no fixed path. The right level of support is simply whatever is most useful for where you are now.
